SP&H Fall Reception And Silent Auction

Lounge at Astra

On Wednesday, November 19, 2003, Sanli Pastore & Hill, Inc. hosted its annual fall reception, themed: “An Evening of Appreciation”, at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. Featured at the event were representatives from Girls Inc. of Los Angeles, a local non-profit organization serving girls ages 6-18, primarily from underprivileged areas throughout Los Angeles County.

SP&H held a silent auction and raffle at the reception, and ALL proceeds went directly to Girls Inc. Items such as a Suite at the Staples Center, numerous works of art, collections of fine wines, and hundreds of dollars worth of dining gift certificates were bid upon and sold by the close of the auction. It was a complete success, thanks in large part to the generosity and kindness of those who donated, as well as those who participated in the bidding.

Mr. Nevin Sanli himself partook in some of the musical activities during the second half of the night, when he grabbed a guitar and began jamming with the band. Mr. Tom Pastore also had his share of attention, as he was auctioned off as the star item of the night (without his prior knowledge, of course).

Much thanks goes out to those who attended the event, donated to the organization, or purchased an item from the silent auction. We look forward to seeing you at next year’s reception.
