With a deep and broad understanding of the Technology (software, digital media, security) and Services industries, Mr. Beaghan has advised corporate management teams and investors through transformative transactions for more than 25 years. He is now leading Sanli Pastore & Hill's European operations out of Brussels, Belgium, as Managing Director.

As an expert with a diverse career successfully managing enterprise-building and strategic projects for private and public companies, Mr. Beaghan has been involved with initiating, structuring, negotiating, and bringing to fruition more than one hundred mergers and acquisitions, venture capital or private equity financings, public offerings, and private debt or institutional equity fundings totaling nearly 8 Billion USD in value.

Managing such efforts and related practice groups for respected California and International firms like ICG Advisors and Robertson Stephens, Mr. Beaghan has built a reputation as a detailed, experienced, and insightful executive with effective communication skills, a seasoned and straightforward style, outstanding drive, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional outcomes.

Mr. Beaghan has performed as an impact player alongside high-level colleagues in team-based endeavors, as well as being personally responsible for producing noteworthy quantifiable results while achieving critical goals on complex independent missions that report directly to CEOs, CFOs, and Boards of Directors. Mr. Beaghan has been a host, featured speaker or panelist for numerous transaction related conferences and an author of several studies that examined sector dynamics and valuation matters.

 

Professional Credentials & Education

Mr. Beaghan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from University of Notre Dame, a Diploma of Comparative Law from USD Institute of International Law, and a Juris Doctor from Loyola where he focused on Corporate and Securities issues (mergers & acquisitions, tax, and finance). He is a non-practicing member of the California Bar, has received multiple Securities Industry licenses, and was awarded Technology Deal of the Year Over $100M by M&A Advisor.
