Valuation of Water Rights in Faix, Ltd.

Our appraisal consisted of a valuation of water rights that Faix, Ltd. held in the Main San Gabriel Ground Water Basin located in San Gabriel, California. Faix, Ltd. held prescriptive pumping rights which entitled it to pump out a specified annual yield of water.


Worldwide Water, Inc. v. Liquid-Air

Two companies offering air-to-water conversion products; Worldwide Water sued Liquid-Air over alleged intentional interference with prospective economic advantage. SP&H analyzed fresh water supplies, water access and water rights in the U.S and globally.


Valuation of Intangible Assets of Clean Water Technology, Inc.

SP&H was retained to perform a valuation of technology and customer-related intangible assets to provide information for common stock investments in Clean Water Technology, Inc. This company specializes in water recycling, recovery and contaminant removal.


Diamond Valley Lake, formerly named Domenigoni Reservoir Project

Southern California’s largest water storage area consisting of 4,500 acres, SP&H was retained to perform consulting and valuation analyses for eminent domain purposes to determine the impact and benefits of the reservoir project on several large agribusinesses.


Valuation of Equity Interests in Falcon Waterfree Technologies, LLC

SP&H was retained to perform a valuation of equity interests in Falcon Waterfree Technologies, LLC. This company specializes in water conservation products.


Valuation of Operating Permits for Mt. Lassen Trout Farm, Inc.

SP&H was retained by the California Wildlife Board to assist in the potential acquisition of several trout farms owned by Mt. Lassen Trout Farms, Inc. Our valuation analysis included the intangible value associated with permits to operate the trout hatchery operations from the naturally occurring springs.


Valuation of Aquaculture Permits and Leases for City of Crescent City

SP&H is currently working with the City of Crescent City to ascertain the value of aquaculture facilities that formerly were used to raise abalone in the harbor district of the City of Crescent City. SP&H’s analyses include valuation and economic research of the permits and leases associated with the ability to conduct aquaculture operations both on-shore and off-shore in the harbor district.
