Job Description

  • PE fund – developing detailed multifaceted option pricing models

 

We expect our Associates to perform with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, and positivity in order to support the initiatives and culture at Sanli Pastore & Hill. Our boutique firm structure gives you the opportunity to work directly with senior executives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with supervision of financial analysts

  • Perform business valuation due diligence including company operations and financial analyses, industry and economic research, and selection of valuation methodologies

  • Develop projected future cash flow models employing complex valuation models

 

Qualifications

  • Individuals must have BA/BS and have 2-4 years’ experience in business valuation, litigation support, and/or corporate finance

  • Excellent writing skills and proficient computer knowledge are required

 

Status

This is a full-time, in-office position, with some regularly anticipated overtime hours, as case deadlines approach. Typical hours for this role are from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
