Qualified applicants should have 2+ years of specific Administration Assistant experience and tenure in past positions. Social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter); Creating/updating websites (we use WIX), Canva, and Lead generation through LinkedIn.


The position includes:

• General office duties;
• Screening phone calls and mail;
• Corresponding with clients;
• Coordinating meetings;
• Assisting with marketing projects and events;
• Weekly social media analytics;
• Daily social media posts;
• LinkedIn lead generation;
• We-Connect tracking;
• Constant Contact emails;
• Create long form content;
• Preparing presentations

Status

Full time in office position. Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Forensic Accountant - CPA

Los Angeles, CA Office

Job Description

  • Financial and valuation analyses of and research into companies, industries, and investment markets.

  • Assist senior management with valuation and litigation projects primarily related to family law and shareholder disputes.

  • You will work closely with the firm’s principals in developing analyses and deliverables as well as communicating and working closely with attorneys.

  • Assist with supervision of financial and research analysts.

  • Perform complex forensic and valuation analyses. Work directly with the senior management of the company.

Qualifications

  • Individuals must have BA/BS and/or MBA and have 2-5 years’ experience in forensic accounting litigation support.  Experience in marital dissolution matters preferred.

  • CPA credential preferred.

  • Excellent writing skills and proficient computer knowledge are required.

Full time. Monday through Friday.

Business Development - Manager

Chicago, IL Office

Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic, highly motivated individual for business development in our Chicago office.  Responsibilities include making presentations and proposals to prospects, participating in networking meetings, formulating eblast and social media campaigns, writing articles and assisting in maintaining client relations.  Territory includes Chicago and other major Midwestern cities. This individual will work directly with Tom Pastore, the firm’s C.E.O. and Managing Director of the Chicago office.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 4-7 years’ business development experience in business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation support or financial services. Individuals must have BA/BS. MBA or ASA/CPA credentials are additional favorable attributes we will consider.  Excellent writing skills and proficient computer knowledge are required.

Status

Full time. Monday through Friday.
