Responsibilities

- Perform business valuation due diligence including company operations and financial analyses, industry and economic research, and selection of valuation methodologies

- Develop projected future cash flow models employing complex valuation models

Qualifications

- Individuals must have BA/BS and up to 2 years’ experience preferably in business valuation, litigation support, and/or corporate finance

- Excellent writing skills and proficient computer knowledge are required

Status

This is a full-time, in-office position, with some regularly anticipated overtime hours, as case deadlines approach. Typical hours for this role are from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
