Responsibilities

Assist with supervision of financial analysts and associates
Perform business valuation due diligence including company operations and financial analyses, industry and economic research, and selection of valuation methodologies
Develop projected future cash flow models employing complex valuation models

Qualifications

Individuals must have BA/BS and/or MBA and have 3-5 years’ experience in business valuation, litigation support, and/or corporate finance
ASA, CFA, CPA credentials preferred or coursework towards ASA
Excellent writing skills and proficient computer knowledge are required
